Vishal Dadoo
Vishal serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of BlueVision and is responsible for setting and executing company strategy and all day-to-day operations. He acquired the company in 2020 with a focus on long-term value creation, along with successful client delivery and employee outcomes. He has over 25 years of program management, sales, and service delivery experience in the government contracting industry with specific focus on the execution of large, complex mission critical IT programs. He received a Master of Science degree in systems engineering from George Mason University.
Rachel Dadoo
Since joining BlueVision in 2020, Rachel has been fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment by creating and implementing a diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy. Rachel’s framework currently serves as the guiding principles for recruiting diverse talent, expanding unconscious bias education, engaging an inclusive workforce, strengthening community outreach. Rachel has established formal internship program at BlueVision working closely with HBCU to meet the STEM related career surge needs. She firmly believes in Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and that every person deserves equal opportunity to succeed.
