Giving back to the Community
BlueVision is committed to giving back to the community through small business mentoring, internships and donations to select charitable organizations. Our Chief Diversity Officer, Ms. Rachel Dadoo, has been working closely with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to formalize STEM internship program.
BlueVision’s heritage is as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) business, and as a result, we are committed to hiring locally and servicing that community. We have several home-grown programs where we prepare Thanksgiving meal baskets, hold a Christmas Toy Drive and support breast cancer awareness. We also partner with organizations we believe support community education, health and wellness.
