Since joining BlueVision in 2020, Rachel has been fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment by creating and implementing a diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy. Rachel’s framework currently serves as the guiding principles for recruiting diverse talent, expanding unconscious bias education, engaging an inclusive workforce, strengthening community outreach. Rachel has established formal internship program at BlueVision working closely with HBCU to meet the STEM related career surge needs. She firmly believes in Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and that every person deserves equal opportunity to succeed.
